Situated in Saleaula in the Savaii region, Sale’aula Lava Studio Apartment features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property has mountain views. I liked meeting the friendly local lady and her daughter in the laundromat where the keys were issued. Said adjacent laundromat is open very late and seems to be a social meetup point -- I was up late most nights so no worries, but if you have an early alarm, tell the lady at the laundromat and she will shut it down earlier or tell the locals to socialize elsewhere besides outside your bedroom window. Overall, this is a very nice spot at a good price point. The wifi is solid, it's nice to have laundry service, and the carport was great when packing my car during a downpour. If you don't have a motor vehicle, search elsewhere, but with a car you are very close to some great spots and good eats, paying way less than those staying at the resorts.
