The studio was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip - even beach towels! The location is perfect, a short walk away from the beach and all of the main restaurants and shops. Couldn’t fault it at all, would definitely stay here again!

It has an excellent location, a lovely view, great patio, and the place had everything you could think you needed or didn't even know you needed while traveling abroad. I stayed at several places on my trip to New Zealand and Jake's place was the most detailed with such lovely hosts. I wanted to stay longer. And I fell in love with Waiheke Island. Easy to walk to the beach, town, wineries, tramping tracks, and close to bus stop. I traveled solo and felt so incredibly safe.

We can't say enough to emphasize that the apartments were so clean, lovely bedding, towels, completely furnished kitchen (we cooked both nights on the grill), wonderful location within walking distance of the charming town of Oneroa. Air conditioning works great. We used the laundry facilities on the property. The garden with walking paths and gazebo is such a lovely setting. You can't get much better than this anywhere!

We loved everything about this property. It was clean, spacious and well looked after. I loved the comprehensive information booklet provided and how close the property was to the beach, restaurants, a supermarket and public transport. This was by far our best stay on the island and perfect for our first anniversary. So easy to get to once you get off the ferry. We didn't take photos, but the room was bigger than anticipated and we liked the outdoor sitting area.

Incredible stay here last week, the most stunning accommodation in a brilliant location in Oneroa! The apartment is stunning, really modern and well stocked with everything you could need. The views are simply stunning and we honestly could not believe how gorgeous it was, with the views of Oneroa's beach being a real highlight. Decor is so modern, bed is really comfy and we had the most amazing stay- could not recommend more.

Great little touches like a space saving clothes rack and amazing under bed drawers.
