The property was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. We had a wonderful view of flowering gardens and the towers of the old town. The separate kitchen had everything for setting up your own meals and there was a tasty indonesian take-out just two minutes walk away. Our hosts could not be more helpful and dropped us off at the train station on our last day.

Well furnished and equipped with everything needed for our stay in Utrecht. Excellent location, close to bus lines, shops, cafés, restaurants, etc... Nico, the host, was very accommodating and helpful. This will be our go-to destination for return trips to Utrecht!

Barbara and Oscar gave us lots of fantastic recommendations in the area and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place!

The house is located 6km from the centre of Utrecht and it is easilly accesible by the bus line 28. I hope that we will stay again. Thank you for everything.

I thoroughly recommend this property to everyone. The location is quiet and close walking distance to the central train station and the town is delightful with a beautiful medieval centre and lovely holiday vibe. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Our hosts were super helpful, even picking us up and taking us to and from the train station on arrival and departure and also some other times if they saw us leaving the unit. Our hosts also frequently asked if we needed anything further like extra towels.

Our host Tamara made us very welcome and gave us some excellent suggestions for places to visit whilst on our cycle touring holiday. We really enjoyed our visit to the local windmill which she arranged for us and taking the water taxi into the centre of Rotterdam was a super idea.
