Featuring mountain views, An Bothán-Cosy Cottage in the Cooley Mountains provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 8.6 km from Carlingford Castle. Very quiet and the kitchen was fully furnished for a long stay, although I only had 2 nights booked. The host provided a loaf of bread, jam and fresh eggs on the counter.

Great chippy across the way. Con is a gracious host and made us feel welcome to the B&B and to the village of Knockbridge. Come here if you want to experience real Ireland.

This spot provided the perfect stay for us on our first couple nights in Ireland. It was incredibly cozy, well-kept, fantastic location to venture into smaller towns during the day/evening while having a nice and quiet respite for the night. Walking up to the sunrise and sheep sounds was the perfect idyllic Irish experience.

Offering quiet street views, Dolmen Apartment Carlingford Lough, Omeath is an accommodation located in Ó Méith, 20 km from Proleek Dolmen and 22 km from Louth County Museum. The house was perfect: very nice, well - furnished, really clean, with all you need in a house (vacuum too! ...) The host was perfect: always available and gentle. She welcomed us by leaving the breakfast in the kitchen and cleaning wipes in every room. Love it! She started to contact us some days before our leaving and contiued during our staying: everything we needed, she was avalaible :) The place is very silent and neightbours very kind! Worth to go back!
