They are super friendly and helpful. These are the type of people you need to be in touch with EVERY TIME you make a reservation 🫶. They welcome you with open arms. The patience throughout the whole process is to die for and they are super understanding. I must rant for a bit; my Tyre had a slow leak which I didn’t notice to the point it was really flat, I spoke to the host and he was super understanding and helped. Went and got a device that plugged into the cigarette socket of my vehicle which pumped air into the Tyre. I must say they’ll go the extra mile for your convenience. I can’t wait to book again and I look forward to seeing them soon. Honestly happy and blessed to meet such loving souls and hope that they enjoy their blessings.

There are no keys; you are given a code to open your door. I like everything; even the Manager or the receptionist on site is very helpful and accommodating to all your needs. I like this place because of the proximity to everything. The Apt has everything for your use, and I slept very well; the bed was comfy, and the room temperature can be adjusted to your preference. Overall, this place is beautiful and has snacks or beverages for purchase, such as water.

I was introduced to the Grenadian culture and treated with delicious meals by the gracious hostess, Samorna. I was given access to the fruit trees on the property as well! She was an absolute gem along with her husband, and was extremely helpful with providing guidance and suggestions during my stay. Felt like family!

Cool Premier Apts. - Airport/SGU ligt op 12 minuten lopen van Lance Aux Epines Beach, en biedt accommodatie in Blow Hole met toegang tot een tuin, massagediensten, en een conciërgedienst. Everything. AC is outstanding, Quiet! (Which is very important to me as I’m a light sleeper), Great Wifi, Safe (24 hr security guard, plenty of parking, NOT on a hill (which many places are), and walking distance to the lance aux epines beach. We also walked to the West Indies brewery which is where everyone goes (12 min walk with one steep hill). Just overall great. Looking forward to our next stay. Lastly, the owners are super great and we’re able to accommodate one of our requests.

Very attentive security guards, helpful property manager. They were truly kind. while snorkelling I accidentally stepped on a black see egg and it was soo painful. the security guards helps me put soft candle on it. on the first day the security guard patiently answered ALL my questions about best way to move around, access to nearby beaches etc. they helped me secure a taxi to the airport, property manager helped me with a plan B when my own taxi did not arrive to take me on a tour of the island.
