Parking: weekend parking available behind the building, also very straightforward. Location: very central, was perfect for me as a guest of a Dreneagh Estate wedding - only about 5-10 mins away by car. Apartment: + hugely spacious, way beyond what I was expecting. + very homely & quality decor, which has clearly been thought out with care. + pristine cleanliness, everything in great shape. + huge bedroom space, with comfortable bed + great quality facilities: plenty of plugs including plugs taking usb cable beside the bed, nice kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, and otherwise. + Amenities: very well thought out with surprising attention to detail, stand out items including: —> towels, shampoos, conditioners all available —> coffee & teas in the cupboard —> coffee creamer & water in the fridge —> washing up liquid & sponges —> pet food bowls These finishing touches are very much outstanding. Though I was only there for a night, it’s very much a place you would feel at home to live in.

Derry-Londonderry city centre waterfront appartment offers accommodation in Derry Londonderry, 1.2 km from Guildhall. It features a terrace, sea views and free WiFi. We were greeted by the owner and he showed us around the unit, how everything worked and he even had milk in the fridge, also there was tea/coffee, salt, pepper etc for our use. The unit was within walking distance to town and the tourist attractions, also a very nice Chinese restaurant. The unit was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The view from the lounge room and bedrooms was lovely, overlooking the water. It was very handy having a washing machine as we had been travelling for a week.
