I would go back to stay at this location. My friend who accompanied me has some mobility issues. If the building had an elevator, it would have helped. No complaints!

It is just a flat, no breakfast included (but there is a kitchen and some tea/coffee... which I did not use). There is no air-conditioning, but inside was cool (compared to 34 degrees outside). Location is about midway between the town center and the university (good for me). It takes about 30 mins to walk to the centre -- apparently there is a bus stop not far from the flat. The road outside was pretty quiet; parking there costs 5 euros per day (i.e. 10:00-18:00). There is a nice park about a minutes' walk away.

Location was excellent, situated in the heart of Toul, on top of bakery, breakfast is sorted!! Beautiful cafe and restaurant and water fountain all adorn the location. And under cover carparking.

The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was easy to use and the bed was very comfortable. Parks easily accessible.
