The location was excellent. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. The bed was very comfortable. Washer in the apartment and all the kitchenware you need to feel at home.

Everything at the property was great. We got there very late because our flight delayed but everything was ready for us. The cot and the sofa bed was ready for us. The place was very clean and we had everything that we needed for kitchen. Carla is exceptional. She even bought milk for my little girl. 😊. Mariza picked up us at the airport. Lovely woman, so energetic person . The apartment is very well located, the view is stunning and we were delighted with the fireworks show. There’re bus stop with 2 routes to the centre. The táxi is very cheap and if you want to walk to the centre is not to far. We used to go by foot and come back by taxi. We are already planning to come back if possible for summer and December too. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

The apartment is in the perfect location right in the city center. There is a Mall nearby and a 24-hour parking directly opposite the house. The Host was very nice and always provided helpful information about the island and important places. The apartment is very easy to reach by bus from the airport. The apartment has everything you need in everyday life. There is also a terrace with city views

An outstanding apartment! We felt right at home and had easy time enjoying the property's garden, relaxing and cooking, but also working from the living room. Perched just over historical Funchal, this is an excellent base for exploring Madeira! It is 7 min drive to the town's promenade, just off the south highway which connects you to anywhere on the island in less than an hour, and a walking distance to the famed botanical gardens. The premises are spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and fresh. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen which we used to cook breakfast and then enjoyed it in the garden. There are only two flats in the whole building which have a garden, and this one was better. It comes with a complimentary parking space which is in a spacious and secure yard and easy to use. I would definitely stay here again for longer when I get the opportunity to go to Madeira again.

Clean, spacious, excellent location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Everything worked as it should. Was exceptionally hot in Funchal while we were visiting but we managed to keep apartment comfortable by judicious opening and shutting of shutters and blinds
