The location was fantastic! We had a large private yard with a view of the ocean. The sunsets on the water were stunning. Our apartment was spacious and attractive. We could walk to the beach, the supermarket and the center of Forio within minutes. Another little bonus was a vegetable garden that we could pick from. Delia and Francesco were so hospitable and helpful in every way. This was a perfect place for our family.

On our last night she gave us a beautiful ceramic jug from Ischia as a gift. So lovely. I would certainly recommend this place. Our hosts Martha and Angelo went beyond and above to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was convenient. It just 10 min away from a public beach. There were a few grocery shops around to get your daily snacks and fruits. We enjoyed our short trips to Forio and Ischia, our time spent on the beach and most of all we enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony. The smell of fig trees permeated the air and filled it with sweet taste of Italian summer. Also, all Martha's restaurant recommendations were 10/10. ps: somebody wrote a negative comment sometime ago, we saw that too. Just ignore it. If you have a slightest problem during your say, just let Martha and Angelo know and they will take care of you. They work like busy bees to keep their place in a very- well-maintained condition.

Lovely comfortable studio and gorgeous grounds. Uschi is the ultimate host, offering her Italian/German hospitality on the beautiful island of ischia. I cannot say enough nice things. Fresh breakfast every morning. Giving us fresh treats from her garden, lemons, tomatoes, cucumbers etc. Fresh eggs from her and her husband Vincenzo’s own chickens. Uschi went out of her way to recommend products for an ailment I have and also invited me into her home and did a treatment on me to give relief. Uschi has a background in beauty/health products. Her kindness really touched me. Can’t recommend this property or Ischia enough. Thank you Uschi and Vincenzo! ❤️
