I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

Hotel je izuzetno prilagođen obiteljima s djecom. Mi smo apsolutno oduševljeni uređenjem hotela, rasporedom prostorija u sobama. Svi smo imali svoju privatnost i mi odrasli i djeca. Djeca su bila oduševljena igraonicom, a mi odrasli osobljem. Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji. Stanica metroa je doslovno na dvije minute. U svakom trenutku smo se osjećali sigurno i kada bi se vraćali natrag u kasnim satima. Preporučujem ovaj hotel svima, a naročito obiteljima koje putuju s djecom.
