Staff were extremely welcoming and room was amazing. Despite being in the middle of the city, the room was entirely quite. Would not hesitate to stay again.

He also put in a request for a late check-out time, i.e. 1 p.m. 😀. He frankly deserves a 5-star rating. Jack, the receptionist, was also polite, cooperative and helpful.

One of the best apartment rental experiences I ever had! The apartment was clean. The location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy and friendly. There's a washing machine but I didn't use it. The terrace offered views of Western Liverpool. There was an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. The kitchen was suitable for breakfast; it may have been slightly inadequate for a large dinner but that was never my intention. Hope to stay here every time I visit Liverpool!
