The hotel is very comfortable and besides the kind, accommodating and helpful staff, their main driver Adnan is truly the jewel of Orient Queen. We lost our luggage and were a bit sick for the first few days and besides planning amazing activities for us day to day from Jeita, to Saida castle and the market, he took incredible care of us. He is a safe, knowledgeable and incredibly special person to trust with your Lebanon tour, we learned so much about the history with a local perspective and we couldn’t have asked for more. BOOK with Adnan and you will fall in love with Lebanon, and most of all, his wonderful soul. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you, Adnan, and Orient Queen for being so special to us. Also the little cat that acted as a doorkeeper night after night was so special :)

The daily price was very cheap so you can't expect anything very sophisticated. The bathroom tap and shower need renovation but other than that the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is simple but is included in the price, which is great. Good location.
