The location is nice and quiet. The room was spacious and always clean. There is a bar where you can have a variety of good cocktails while enjoying the pool time. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always offering support with what we needed and guidance regarding activities we could do during our stay. The place is very well kept and managed, always working on the quality and improvement of services. I highly recommend the property. George is very serious about the work that he is doing and I recommend to contact him before doing a reservation to get to know the updates about the property because he might have rooms that are not listed on booking.com, rooms that that differ in size.

The property has a great location, right by the beach walking distance from restaurants & supermarkets, but in a quiet area of Kavos. For us, travelling with children it was ideal. Room was clean and bigger than we thought from the pictures. Pool area was good also for small children - one small pool and the big pool 0.60m - 1.70m deep. Enough parking spaces. Great beaches 10-25 minutes drive. Kitchenette in the room was useful. Nearby taverna has delicious food and good prices. Best thing about it was the view from the big balcony.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were super clean, the garden full of flowers with a good spacious place to enjoy breakfast outside. The host is an amazing person who helped us with great tips for visiting, but also she helped us with organizing a trip by boat. Can't thank her enough for her kindness. Plus, the location is amazing, only 2 mins to get to the main street and 5 min to the beach.

Beautiful quiet place, located at the most comfortable sand beach of the Island, I the surrounding shops prices are a bit higher than in big supermarkets nearby, but it is compensationg with a price rent of the wheecle that you need to reach this big ones. It is an ideal place for a chill with family or group of friends. Special attention to the pool design and cleanliness, at all times the pool water was totally clean, no any strong chlore smell, the pool have a variable depth and 3 separate entrances so is perfect for a kids as well. Nice see wiew from the balcony. And a very polite and communicable owner.

A lovely, well maintained and organised residence and garden just in front of the sea. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, the sea with a magical blue water and the continental Greece with hills and mountains in the background. The access to the sea was directly from the property, easy for people wanting swim or to spend time in the warm sea water; umbrellas and beach chairs were available at no additional costs. The studio was well structured, clean and pleasant, quiet and relaxing, on first floor. Good car parking available. But the most enjoyable aspect of the stay was the owner - Tasos - and his attention for detail, his care for all guests, his kindness and friendliness. I really appreciated his guidance on best places to visit on the island and also his recommendations for local restaurants (try Roussos's for a nice eating experience).
