Pick up from the designated location was on time, 4minutes drive from the airport to the hotel. From hotel to airport was around 10-12minutes. All the representatives are very helpful. Convenient location with nearby food stores. Breakfast option was also good.

This hotel will be my choice for overnight stays when flying in/out of JFK. First time staying here was an excellent experience. We arrived wore out and beyond fatigued from an 8hr overseas flight. Staff were fabulous, room et bath were large. Amazing night's sleep!! Upscale breakfast. Small open food bar for pizza, wine, beer, salads, etc. was available when we arrived at 9-930p and was just what we needed! Very important, the shuttle service was punctual, approx 10 minute drive from airport, and available 24hrs. Exceeded our expectations in every way.
