The property is very well managed, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutlety delicious, the staff was very kind. Location is very central, yet tranquil. Airport is close, at the earlier hours of the morning we arrived for just few hours of sleep and rest and it was worth it, after taking the breakfast we left the hotel for our tour in Armenia fully energized. I would highly recommend this hotel.

300 metres from Etchmiadzin Cathedral, Richmind Hotel is situated in Ejmiatsin and provides air-conditioned rooms. We were 2 people and we were there on a short leasure for 3 nights It was a great stay with great staffs around They were very helpful and friendly Cleaning was done regularly, breakfast was just awesome and the location is very good too Checkin and checkout was very smooth and convenient. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend you to book this hotel for a safe and good stay.

Andranik and his family were perfect hosts, very welcoming, friendly, kind and hospitable. I stayed at the Guest House for nearly 2 weeks, and felt like a family member during my stay. During one evening meal, I was treated to a piano concert from both Andranik and his wife. That doesn't happen very often. Thank you. It's is truly a family run guest house as Andranik's parents were equally welcoming, and we spent time discussing our respective countries, family, food and culture. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were spacious and spotless, as was the shared kitchen and living area. The kitchen was fully equipped. There is a shared balcony accessible from the kitchen (besides a private bedroom balcony), which is a sun trap in the afternoon. The guest house is within walking distance to all the local sightseeing attractions. I have very fond memories of Armenia, and Najaryan's Family Guest House is one of the main reasons why. Exceptional, and highly recommended.
