Although the car park looks small at first, the hotel also uses the one next to it and you can also park in the public car park if these are full and the hotel will refund the cost. The restaurant serves excellent food. Being 90 minutes from Victoria and about the same to Campbell River and having a ferry to Vancouver and the sea planes on the doorstep, it's well positioned for exploring the island.

Mempunyai lounge bersama, bar, dan pemandangan kota, Courtyard by Marriott Nanaimo berlokasi di Nanaimo, beberapa langkah dari Nanaimo Museum. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and staff seemed very concerned that we'd be angry - the place is relatively new and there were a couple of other guests who were engaged in quite aggressive conversations with other staff at the time. Seems like there are some issues that need ironing out. However I have no complaints, we were given a beer each, went to park the car across the street, and by the time I returned the room was ready. Room was perfect, bed was huge, swimming pool was a welcome addition. It was only a layover but would have happily spent another night. I think the staff member who helped us might have been called Vern or something similar. He was a really nice guy.

The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. They offer a continental breakfast but there isn't bread or eggs however they have enough for you to be satisfied ☺️.

Quality Inn berlokasi di Nanaimo, berjarak 12 km dari Wildplay Element Park dan 3,3 km dari Petroglyph Park. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff member was really helpful and he was quick so I didn't have to stand at the front desk for too long. He answered all my questions that I had and mad the transaction easy to deal with.

The renovations were very nice, a lot of thought went into little extras that lost hotels don’t have, little extra touches. The pillows were amazing, and they had lots - whic is rare in hotels, the beds were clean and comfortable , I got a great sleep - which I never usually do!! There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom and two fans in the main area that kept it cool. Semi private little decks outside with a chair and little box of flowers, a little elegant metal vanity in the bathroom with soaps and shampoos set on with a facecloth fanned out behind them, extra large towels on the clothes rack outside the bathroom (what hotel ever provides extra towels) it had a huge shower head so the shower was fantastic! This was way nicer than many 5 star hotels. So clean and refreshing. We were on foot, and it is located in walking distance to restaurants and amenities. Overall 5 star rating from me, I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!!!
