Though the hotel shuttel service didn't work, the hotel staff refunds taxi drive from the airport, or support you with vouchers to the ride.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the extras like breakfast, afternoon snacks and plenty of places to sit and get to know other guests made it just perfect. It’s also a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend and would certainly stay again if I come to LA.

This Richmond hotel is situated just 4 km from Vancouver International Airport. Richmond city centre is 3.2 km away. Each guest room includes a 43-inch flat-screen TV and coffee maker. We were very well accommodated as soon as we stepped foot at the airport! The transportation was easy to find and we had no problems getting to the property as they sent very thorough directions and had continuous buses coming every half an hour. They were so kind to accommodate us by making sure we had transportation back home as well, not to mention the gorgeous view and short distance from the airport.

Featuring an indoor pool and free airport shuttle service, this hotel and conference center is less than 15 minutes' drive from Vancouver International Airport. Staff was very friendly & informative. Room was awesome. Location was perfect and shuttle service was excellent too.
