Nice room friendly staff, have stayed there before

The hotel is located centrally just across the road from the beach and Eastbourne Pier, and close to restaurants, bars and cafes.

Very close to the beach and the staff were very helpful.

Amazing location and large room size for a great price

With an indoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, York House has a stunning seafront position. It is less than 400 metres from the pier, and only 20 metres from the gently sloping beach.

The room was nice and big with a comfortable sofa.
