Ingen aircondition, ligger rett i meget trafikkert gate. Ingen hage. Ingen privat parkering. Sto på gaten utenfor. Ingen skilt som viser at det er et hotell. Dette er vurdert til 10 på Booking. Vi benytter Booking på ca 50-60 overnattinger pr år. Dette er så langt fra 10 som det er mulig å komme.
