시설도 깨끗하고, 모든게 실제 사용하는데 불편하지 않게 되어 있음. 샤워실 부스 크기, 수압, 물빠짐 등이 아주 좋고, 방크기도 18m2 인데 불필요한 공간이 없어, 20m2 공간보다 더 큰 느낌, 테라스와 바깥 전망도 아주좋고, 시내는 걸어서 관광 가능.. 특히 가우디가 설계한 집도 걸어서 5분거리임..
