スタッフは大変正確な対応で、しかも笑顔を浮かべていつもこちらの質問に答えてくれました。また、特筆すべきは、朝食会場のレストランのスタッフの対応です。基本的にヴァイキング形式ですが、リンゴやキウイフルーツをむこうとしていると、よく切れるタイプのナイフを提供してくれて、「どうぞお気をつけて」の言葉とともに、渡してくれました。当日は先生に引率された高校生もしくは中学生の宿泊客が大勢いましたが、テーブルが空くとすぐに食器類を下げ、手際よくテーブルを清掃し、次のグループのため食器類を配膳していました。食後も「いかがでしたか」と大変対話力に長けていて、感心しました。また、部屋のバスタブは大変大きく、ゆったりあたたまることができました、4階の部屋で眺望もよかったです。
