What I liked: The rooms were clean and the staff was...
What I liked: The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. What I didn't like: No towels! When I arrived I called the front desk to send up towels. Three hours later the Towels were brought to our room. The next day we came back in the middle of the day . My daughter wanted to take a shower and bath her baby and rest for a while. There were no towels, not even a hand towel so we could dry our hands after using the restroom. I called the front desk and was told all the towels were being washed. I told the front desk person that there should at least be one towel left in the room so people can dry their hands after using the restroom.ShannonUnited States - 2.0Scored 2.0

When I called to confirm my reservations the representative stayed no room under my name and that booking.com was not to reserve a room and hung up on me so we had to search for another room and with baseball games that weekend we ended up paying 2xs as much!!

It was the worst experience I have ever had.
It was the worst experience I have ever had. I made a reservation a week prior to my arrival. When I arrive, the front desk clerk told me that they are overbooked due to booking.com overbooking them and he did not have a room for me.AAnonymousUnited States
