Have been a regular in this hotel since last ten years or so. Hotel location and ambience perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff from maingate security till check out managed everything meticulously to my full satisfaction.
Over last one year i have observed the staff quality has improved. Same people but their behaviour and going out of their way always to make guest comfortable has improved by far.
The breakfast is much better now with wide choice available. Even the kitchen menu is improving every day.
Bar is well stocked and well managed by Peter and Frannk.

Very terrible experience at the hotel. The room paid was not actually the room given to me, after much hesitation before the right room was given. Secondly no light all through my stay in the hotel. I only saw 2hours light No air conditionair at all my stay in the hotel. I had to used the touchligh of my phone allthrough the midnight.
Very horrible experience. With all honesty I can't recommend to the hotel to someone else. The road network was bad and just too far from the major road

There was no breakfast.
My first day started off well , then along the line nepa took light which you won’t notice if not cos of AC that won’t be on.
Their WiFi wasnt strong and because immediately I got here I paid 2 days straight I was upset.
But within a few hours, it was chilling. lol 😂 I ended up staying even for today making it 3rd day 😂😂😂
So in a nutshell I paid for 3days instead but no breakfast and their food is a bit pricey.
