This slightly out of the town hotel was a good find for us as we were cycling the Flow Velo Route along the Charente River and it was not far off the route just outside Saint Savinien. Genevieve the host was charming and very welcoming and was able to provide us with a Meal with Wine sitting in her lovely garden that evening. Storage for our bikes was secure and easy. Breakfast was very good with nice Coffee. Overall a really nice place. The room we had had been decorated with real flair and was very comfortable.
This was the most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The costs were low, but it felt like we rented an entire appartement where we were the only guests. The hostess welcomed us like family. The breakfast had alot of handmade jams and other food. We will DEFINITELY be back.
The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and very comfortable with a great restaurant at the hotel which seemed to attract a lot of people from nearby villages.
