הגענו למלון בשעה מאוחרת לאחר נסיעה משדה תעופה באנטליה. לא ניתן היה לישון על המזרון במיטת יחיד מאחר והיה מחולק באמצע המיטה לשני חלקים. ביקשנו מפקיד הקבלה להחליף את המיטה ונענינו בשלילה בטענה שהשעה מאוחרת ( 9 בערב) והמלון לא ערוך לכך. למחרת בבוקר התלוננו על כך בפני מנהלת המלון אך היא ברוב חוצפתה אמרה שזה המצב ואין לה בעייה שחוות הדעת שלנו תהיה שלילית.
