We stayed in one of the updated hotel rooms, and it was gorgeous! As it’s new, everything was extra clean. Also, the location was wonderful - it’s within walking distance of the park. Lastly we want to thank the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. We hope to return another time.

This location was actually perfect for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. The included breakfast is amazing. We were concerned about staying in the cowboy cabin in winter but it was very warm and close to the bathrooms. The spa was also a nice winter treat!

Planning an overnight trip from Las Vegas to Zion?
Planning an overnight trip from Las Vegas to Zion? Look no further than Springdale. This town is not like any other overpriced & underwhelming tourist place, simply because it's outside of a National Park. Springdale has affordable hotels with pools & hot tubs to relax after a day outdoors, plenty of different restaurants and cuisines for foodies, and it's a very family-friendly town. Next up, getting around Springdale is easy. You can get to the Zion National Park's visitor center with the city's free buses during the day, but note that they are not 24 hours. If you have a car, you can get to the Canyon Overlook trailhead (through the tunnels) in ~20 minutes - it really is the practical location. Oh one more thing, if you're crossing the street, make sure to grab a red crossing flag to increase your visibility (especially at night).

Springdale is well located for visitors to either Zion National Park (closest) or Byrce National Park as well as numerous state parks and recreational areas. The one thing I felt that was lacking was more food options. It seemed that most eating options were on the high end pricewise.

Very nice town has a decent variety of restaurants although the prices were a bit on the higher end but I guess that’s to be expected in a tourist area. The restaurants we ate at were very good and staf was friendly.

Springdale is great but I feel Zion is a bit over sold.
Springdale is great but I feel Zion is a bit over sold. There are two iconic walks which are both strenuous but 3 other intermediate walks have been closed for some time. We had three nights at Springdale but as we were not up to these two big hikes Zion Canyon itself only provided us one days activities. If you find yourself in the same situation take a look at driving to Kolob Reservoir and do some of the walks along the way.

Flanigans had upscale linens and toiletries, the most comfortable bed, robes to wear, very convenient to great restaurants and a free shuttle that takes you into park and then back out to town. I had the best massage treatment after days of hiking. House keeping and front desk service was extremely efficient. A very zen and relaxing atmosphere. The town is beautiful and has a lot of good restaurants. Very busy during the day and quiet at night.
The location is particularly excellent - you can walk to the visitor center, eliminating the need to use the Springdale Shuttle- you only use the park shuttle. The hotel is also walking distance to a gear rental place for the Narrows, a pub, a small market, and a Perks coffee, so anything you need. Additionally, I stayed in a 2 queen room, and it was huge - well laid out, with a fully equipped kitchen, which I used to prepare breakfast and my hiking snacks. Everything was immaculately clean, there was adequate free parking.
Loved the room, especially the great view from the balcony. Every single person in this hotel and in Springdale is just so nice. Felt very welcome. Great to relax in the pool and hot tub after a long day in Zion NP. The delicious and generous breakfast gives you energy for the whole day. The whole town has such a relaxed atmosphere, would have loved to stay longer just to relax. The proximity to Zion and the bus stop right in front of the hotel are a big plus.
This hotel was just what we needed. Located in Springdale, the location can’t be beat - it is right across from the grocery store, nearby restaurants, and about a ten minute walk from the park entrance. The view of Zion is incredible and there’s a bit of outdoor space to hang out in. They also have free coffee in the lobby and very easy and clean paid laundry. I’d definitely return!
The staff were very accommodating and polite. The room was nice and had a pullout sofa bed. I took a beautiful picture of the mountains from the hotel room window. The Springdale bus shuttle stop is right across from the hotel which is really convenient. We were told the busiest times for the shuttle was between 10AM and 1PM. So we got on before 10.
A really lovely hotel in an excellent position for exploring Zion right near the free shuttle bus stop. It was so nice to swim in the pool with the beautiful scenery all around. Staff were helpful and the laundry room was really useful ( just $2 for a wash and another $2 for the dry) . Breakfast was good but I wish they didn't use paper plates!
Great location for Zion. They have great value breakfast vouchers for Oscar's which is probably the best restaurants in Springdale. Staff was helpful with anything we needed.
Rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need and are super clean. Shuttle bus is across the street. Overall this is a prefect spot from which to explore Zion.
The view from the camp was amazing and the location is perfect! We can walk to Zion park and the Springdale city where you have many restaurants and shops. The room was clean as well as the showers and toilets. We especially enjoyed having a BBQ grill available with our cabin. The staff was very friendly
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and near the front entrance of Zion National Park. The Springdale shuttle stops just outside the hotel. The rate includes breakfast which we found satisfactory.
Hotel is great to stay at Springdale - close to bus stop, to shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place, but there were nothing special - great comfortable hotel. Can't say more :)
the hotel is in the heart of Springdale, so we could walk to everything in town. The hotel has a rustic timber lodge feel. Our room wasn’t huge, but it was clean and comortable.
The hotel is great! Our room was comfortable and clean, the location is amazing, staff were very friendly and breakfast is good. Great value for money, we highly recommend it!
Carol at the front desk was very nice and helpful and the hotel is only a 2 minute drive from the park entrance. Rooms were warm and comfy and had a mini fridge and microwave.
The outside of the hotel was extremely well kept as well as the main lodging and guest amenity areas. They have separate containers for trash, bottle, and other recyclables.
The owners were very nice and helpful.
The room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was great.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place near Zion National Park.
