We stayed in the king suite, the bathroom was huge and the room was pretty roomy. Couch that turns into a bed. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and it was very clean! Anything I needed they were there to help. Pool & hot tub was great as well!

New accommodation with very spacious rooms with all amenities. The staff is doing a great job to make you feel comfortable. We went for a ski vacation to Boyne Mountain resort and it was a very good location about 25 min away. The outside hot tub was amazing after the day on the slopes. Breakfast was plentiful even if you arrived after 9.30.

The place looks older but it was a pleasant stay the house keepers took care of us. Bobby at the front desk is hard working an very polite and professional it's quiet and the location is great dollar general is 2/10 of a mile away an also 2 dispensaries which are very affordable so that was a huge plus for location.

Stayed at the Americas Best Inn.
Stayed at the Americas Best Inn. Booked a king room and wound up with two queens. The beds were way too hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. I would not recommend this facility based on our one experience.

We stayed in Gaylord, so that we could go to Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark. It was super easy to get to our destination from Gaylord and there are a lot of restaurants around as well as grocery stores.

Nice area to spend a few days.
Nice area to spend a few days. Close to Lake Michigan towns and lots to do in the area especially outdoors! Good food choices nearby and in town. Mary's Stein Haus has delicious German food and their staff was wonderful! Huge portions!

Gaylord is the great outdoors all in one, all year long.
Gaylord is the great outdoors all in one, all year long. Anything you want to do outside, you got it. Hiking, fishing, hunting, ice fishing, skiing, snowmobiles, mudding your truck. Alpine Chocolate Haus is excellent little shop for sweets while you're here.
The 1950s era hotel was wonderful. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Very peaceful area. Tom (owner) brought us firewood. In the evening we gathered with others staying there around the fire. I'd go back for sure.
Downtown Gaylord is right around the corner so you can get groceries or excellent Mexican food at the local resturant.
Staff was excellent for accommodating our stay due to some of current mechanic issues being worked on because it's a brand new hotel and still somewhat smelled like new construction:) very great comfy spot in a pinch! The best part was not a rushed early bird checkout time...sometimes you just need a couple minutes for simplicity.
Room was set up with a couple balloons and a card (with his name!) for our son's birthday after request was made online booking. Made our son's birthday weekend that much more special! All the staff was great and the hotel was also! We all loved the indoor pool! Will definitely be back!
Clean… great beds and pillows… manager finally gave us a room after an hour of dealing w your customer service, because YOUR STAFF DIDNT TRANSFER OUR PAYMENT TO THE HOTEL. Please follow up on this as we had to pay for our reservation twice… once to YOU… once to HOLIDAY INN.
Great breakfast. Hotel was pricey due to the tourist season. All the staff was very friendly, especially the lady who was at the kitchen. Location is very close to the local restaurants and Walmart. Love the window curtains and the theme painting.
There was an available bed. The hotel was nice, it was clean and well apportioned. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that had space for hearing impaired. That was a VERY nice feature and made me feel a little more secure.
This hotel is close to many restaurants and stores. The breakfast was really good, and the man serving in it kept it very clean and stocked. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Good value for sure!
I loved how spotlessly clean my room and the hotel was. My bed was super comfy. The set up of the breakfast room and the coffee room being separate was inspired. The staff was so friendly too.
It was the cheapest hotel I could find in Gaylord so I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and clean the room was. It was furnished very nicely.
Breakfast above expectations. Rooms and lobby like a fancy hotel. Extra space in lobby lounge areas and breakfast area. Well appointed rooms. Great staff.
Great location if you're resting mid travel, quick exit onto 75. Hotel was fully booked and I had no issues with noise, so I was very grateful for that!
