From check-in to check-out, everything was great. The bed was really comfy, the room was clean and there's a fun extra touch at being able to choose your own mood lighting. AC was easy to control and worked quickly and effectively. The staff were amazing and the free piece of fruit & hot drinks in the lobby were very appreciated (the hot choc was amazing!).
Location couldn't be better, right next to the metro and also a taxi rank. Breakfast was good. I requested a room high up and was given one on floor 9 which was perfect.
This wine hotel’s luxury spa has a large indoor pool and hot tub offering panoramic views of Oporto.

The Yeatman has a fantastic location in Porto. The historic district of Gaia, technically, but overlooking many of the city’s monuments, including the Don Luis I bridge. We stayed in a room with a balcony which overlooked said view. Waking up seeing birds fly over the city was truly magical. The Yeatman’s 2 michelin star restaurant was incredible, and the breakfast was amazing.

The area had a place to shop and food outlets and was within easy walking distance of Porto's main centre. One huge advantage is that, being at a higher level, when you walk across the bridge (or catch the metro across) to the North side of the river, you are almost at the top of Porto, which saves a long climb.
There are also interesting sights and sites in Vila Nova de Gaia itself, such as the monastery and the views over the Douro to Porto. The monastery was shut when we went but may be open later. Mostly we went further afield so I cannot comment on much that was there. The Jardim de Morro is worth a visit, especially if you like live music performers and good views.

VNDG gives the most amazing views of Porto.
VNDG gives the most amazing views of Porto. A short walk across the bridge to the city. Its flat where I stayed but the city is very steep with lots of steps so wear sneakers. The tiled churches as stunning. Doing all the touristy things - I caught the cable car, the tram, the furnicular, shopped the markets, visited the churches, climbed the tower, booked for the Livraria Lella, had a glass of wine at the market, went to wine bars, Time Out market for dinner and Portuguese tarts with coffee.
I had a fabulous time and visited World of Wine as Porto is a Great Wine Capital.

Beautiful part of Porto, right over the river with plenty to do. Most of the Porto wine "caves" are on this side of the river but getting across is a quick uber ride. We did a Tuk Tuk tour as well and got to enjoy a Fado performance at night. New Years Eve dinner cruise was great but book ahead so you don't miss out! I would definitely visit again!

The area has plenty of interesting things to visit.
The area has plenty of interesting things to visit. Of course, the region is very well known for the vineyards and the respective Port wine cellars, which you can visit and even have a wine tasting. A walk by the river is also recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at this relatively new hotel. Opened Summer '23.
I was a little concerned because the hotel is in Giaia (not exactly in Porto) but I found this area to be a much more conducive base for my exploring. The hotel staff are very friendly, the room is fantastic - they provide snacks and drinks when you arrive. Martha is an excellent masseuse - the spa is very relaxing - sauna, heated pool, the works.
I can't wait to return to visit.
My husband and I are in complete agreement that we chose the MOST PERFECT hotel for our stay in Porto! Vincci was so beautiful in so many aspects. The beautiful room (1206) with the outstanding view, the lobby, the outdoor bar overlooking the bridge, even the hallways were amazing! We loved coming back to our room every night. It was a 5 min walk to everything. Having the water and port shops in Gaia just feet from the door was a huge bonus.
We were going through a lot during our stay. A family member was unexpectedly hospitalized in Porto. It was nice to get out of the city at night and relax with the ocean breeze. Walking on the beach paths in the morning was peaceful, stopping along the way with many cafes. The apartment provided everything you need including a Wonderful ocean view, clean, safe and great staff. Lots of space, great for couples or family.
The Hotel is modern and well decorated, with fantastic views to Porto downtown and all necessary amenities. Comfortable rooms and the breakfast is one of the best we've tried. Attentive service which was much appreciated (Thank you for the birthday surprise). We loved it and certainly wish to stay at Rebello whenever we visit Porto/Gaia again!
Due to a cancellation from another hotel, I had to quickly find a last minute stay for one night and this hotel was perfect for that. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable, and located just off the metro/bus line and just a short 15-20 minute walk to Porto. Room included a small fridge and I LOVE that the windows opened!
We take the breakfast only once. It was good.
The view from our windows was the very best of the town.
The biggest thanks to Fatima ,who made all our wishes come true.
And thanks to all of you in this hotel.
I will recommend Heritage Apartment to all whom are visiting Porto.
Carla the host was absolutely incredible! every hotel needs someone like her for the best tips for the city!
The property exceeded my expectations offering the best views of Porto from our bedroom!
I would definitely stay again!
The bedroom was very comfortable with a good side view of the Porto city. Very close to the buzzing area of Vila Nova de Gaia. The building is narrow but it goes up, make sure to go to the rooftop garden as it has a great view.
Loved everything about the Hotel, Staff and location. Honestly couldn't fault a thing, they even organised for a trip to the Douro Valley for wine tasting which was brilliant! Would definitely stay again if stopping in Porto.
The facility is beautiful, in an old house with typical furnishings! Despite being in Vila Nova de Gaia the metro stop a few meters away allows you to reach Oporto very easily. Excellent for this reason.
The owner very kind!
Location is perfect (albeit at the top of a hill -- Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia are hilly!) and convenient to everything. Apartment is comfortable and has an amazing view of the river. There is a kitchen, which is useful.
Happy that we chose this hotel! Room was great for two people. Breakfast was nice and delicious! Staffs are very friendly and accommodating!! Would recommend this hotel if you go to Porto! :D
Great location, really easy access to Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto. Literally located next to the Port wine caves. Property was very good and met our expectations for cleanliness and features
Great modern hotel in a quiet location on the Gaia side of the river. Very comfortable room and a quick 10 minute walk to the city rail line or by foot across the bridge into Porto.
Best hotel I have ever stayed at , the staff is amazing. The staff couldn't have done anything more for us or made it any better. Will stay here every time I come to Porto.
An extremely comfortable and impeccably clean place with a very delightful and engaging staff. Definitely a good place to stay if visiting Porto/Vila Nova de Gaia.
