The stay was comfortable. Staff was very welcoming. The owner Ms. Kirti went out of the way to make my birthday celebration special by ordering a yummy cake, decorating room and arranged a candle lit dinner. The property is super clean. Food is home like. Surroundings are lush green and quiet. Loved every bit of our stay.

Incase you are expecting this to be a proper hill station then u r wrong, this is more of village with few good options to stay and few good restaurants. One of the good hotel where u can stay is Sarovar Portico. Best time to visit is winters otherwise u will find very hot weather throughout the year and practically nothing to do except few sports activity.

Loved the view of the surrounding hills and homes from the lake itself. My kids and I enjoyed the pedal-boating and the zorbing. There are severla things that I didn't. First and foremost, there is not a dedicated walkway around the lake so you're walking inches from oncoming motorbikes, cars, and trucks. And also walking around parked vehicles too. Another major issue, not all of the pedal-boat rental places have easy access. At some places, you have to walk down a dirt path. If other places have nice sturdy walkways, then why not all of them? Also, at the time Bhim Tal was undergoing a lot of construction so traffic was a nightmare. Some roads were not developed enough to allow for 2 cars to pass each other.
All this being said, my kids and I had a blast and we would definitely go again.

Typical of lakes in India, spoilt by colorful paddle boats, hustlers trying to get you to zorb etc. The view point from the bridge is great but the road around the lake should take a tip from Kodai on traffic management, pavements & bike paths (none of which exist)

Bhimtal was one of the oldest hill station, Under the influence of nanital the district made it self a tourist spot. I personally visit the palace once a year, Went to see some amazing views and the peace and comfort which blends in all and as always it made my decision hard to come back home.
6 Hours of drive from Delhi and here are you.
I had a wonderful and great stay! Perfect place for work-from-mountains. Enjoy work, peace and tranquility from a perfect and beautiful spot in mountains. Very tidy and lovely homestay/ hotel, equipped with everything you need e.g. high speed wi-fi, study/ laptop table, chair, cupboard, etc. Neat rooms, comfortable bed, and nice and clean bathroom. Mr. and Mrs. Pandey are incredible and cooperative hosts and always there when you need them. Excellent hospitality, delicious food, super active staff, much skilled chef and super host!
The attitude of property owner. Considering its a new property it lacked a few things but Mr. Rakesh covered it up with his helpful nature and the river valley 1 km away from this homestay is incredibly close to nature. We enjoyed our stay at this homestay a lot and will recommend it 😊 Just don't expect the facilities like a hotel. If you want to spend a few days closer to nature in a homely environment then this is the place for you
Wonderful stay in this 4 star level hotel with my family. In the center of bhimtal lake and nakuchiatal lake with a wonderful mountain View. Staff was so polite and cooperative, breakfast menu with 5 items was very good and dinner was excellent. There was lot of parking space for Cars. Room interior was very good with spacious and open balcony. I love ❤ to stay again in future. 👍👍
