L'Hotel està en un lloc immillorable, en el centre històric de Como, molt a prop de l'estació del tren i de l'embarcador d'on surten els vaixells que naveguen pel llac, també a prop del funicular. La nostra habitació tenia un balcó encantador que donava a una plaça molt animada plena de terrasses de restaurants i músics de carrer, i amb una vista molt bonica. La roba de llit i les tovalloles eren de bona qualitat, i els llits força còmodes. Hi havia un armari gran amb un munt de penjadors. El bany estava renovat i ben il·luminat. L'esmorzar el vam trobar molt bo.
