Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is well cared for - looked new / newer condition. Provided all amenities one could need. Breakfast was quality - both japanese and american selections. . Ecellent location for sightseeing.

The location was very central, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We had an amazing view as well. The girls at the reception were super nice, and a definite plus is that they offer free coffee in the lobby.

Inside residential area and we want to have a new experience outside hotel

- No receptionist and owner at site and made our experience cold, boring and isolated. Felt unsafe and nervous. - Smelly at the whole house because of lacking people living there and musty odor. - Facilities looked cheap as compared with the price. I had to pay totally 10,000 Yen per night inc. 400 Yen accomadation tax. That's approxiamate to a famous chain hotel I stayed with much higher standard. - Check out time's not reasonable, from 9:00 am. This is too late to go out for visiting. We had to go out from 8:00 for sightseeing while it's not convenient to go back before 11:00 to check out. Besides that, they didn't allow to leave luggage after checking and request to pay 1,500 Yen for this while we can leave luggage free at another hotel.
