They answered that we have no any relation with booking.com. So your room reservation is not valid. Booking.com is cheated with you. We already informed to the police about this. It was very painful for me. At that moment it was very difficult for me to fix the hotel. I am in danger by reserving through you. So I will forbid to all my friends and relatives to reserve through booking.com.
