The bar area is lovely, the staff were really pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent for 3arena and handy for areas such as temple bar and henry street with the tram stop right outside the hotel. Parking is excellent value for money. Room was great, clean and comfortable, no noise from street however might be different on a night there is an event in 3arena.

the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated...
the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated being so close to the airport as it made my onward journey much easier. The price for a room for one person was 239 euros, which I find extortionate whether or not this is what hotels in Dublin charge. The breakfast was a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected table service for breakfast at this price. The food had been picked over and it was just not good enough.
the reception staff on arrival were excellent and welcoming. The restaurant staff were lovely. Drinks and food are overpriced in my opinion.

Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet...
Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet only 20-30 minutes by bus from Dublin. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant, and although it took longer than expected for our pizza, all the food was well prepared and tasty. Staff was accommodating, providing fans for the room as requested, and check-in & -out was a breeze.

Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel!
Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel! Anyone staying more than one night would go to Dublin or other areas of Fingal, but there is not much in Santry other than the shopping center and DUB airport!!

We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic...
We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic and it was well located for this purpose. There also seemed to be regular shuttles to the airport. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The staff were great.
We booked the Holiday Inn Express (Dublin Airport), due to arriving back very late from a trip to Italy. To our surprise, we were informed that the Hotel had closed and that we were being 'upgraded' to the neighbouring Crowne Plaza. The upgrade was superb, with a magnificent breakfast, wonderful room and great facilities. The staff were all very courteous and nothing was a problem.
The room was great - perfect size/layout. Comfortable beds, clean, spacious bathroom, nice little desk/chair, and plenty of extras (coffee, tea, biscuits, soap, etc.) that other hotels in the area did not have. The shuttle was super convenient and on time with transportation to the airport. We were very impressed and will definitely stay here next time in Dublin!
As an airport hotel it met expectations. Our room was small with not much of a view. Our kids had a "family room" with a larger room for the parents and a smaller one with bunks for the kids. They loved it; and that room had a fantastic sunset. Staff were universally friendly. Parking was in a basement, but secure.
The hotel is close to the Dublin Airport; the staff was professional, and friendly, as well as helpful; the slightly higher than average price was likely due to extraordinary demand as 50,000 American football fans were in town. Will definitely consider staying here again. Next time I’m in Dublin.
The staff could not be anymore helpful, so polite, any questions were answered on full detail, maps given and even took the time to mark on the maps where good to go, what buses to catch, all round it helped the experience of Dublin, the breakfast and the bar selection of drinks was amazing
Holiday Inn Express is actually closed. You are redirected to the crown plaza hotel next door. Lovely room. Excellent, extensive breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour, but not available in the middle of the night when we needed it.
Upgraded hotel and room, friendly staff, comfy beds, variety at the complimentary breakfast and free airport shuttle service.
Not sure exactly why, but we actually got upgraded from the Holiday Inn Express to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin Airport location.
Great location for the night before an early flight from Dublin airport. The shuttle bus service was very handy. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good. We left too early for the included breakfast but provided us with a basic packed breakfast.
It was excellent! Food was delicious, staff were helpful and gracious. Close to the bus, and easy to figure out how to ride in to Dublin. Would definitely return to this lovely hotel.
I like the crown plaza hotel thats where I stay coz this hotel is closed. So my rate 8s for the crown plaza hotel. The Hilton is closed they moved me there without notice at all.
